How to make chocolate ice-cream cups using balloons

Today I learned this cool way of making chocolate cups for ice-cream and cakes at home. Made partly with your hands (oh, well – balloon), the ice-cream will be especially tasty! *

*Note. I have not actually tried this in real life. Obviously this is not for those who are latex intolerant. I also do not know whether or not the chocolate ends up being slighty balloon flavored.
